$125 Residential Address Fee

If your package is too heavy and/or large to be accepted for delivery by Australia Post AND the delivery address is a residential address and not a regular business address, we now have to charge a $125 fee for couriers to deliver to your home.

Since 3 April 2023, our couriers have been charging us an additional $125 for residential address deliveries if they cannot deliver to a business address. We can no longer absorb this fee and must pass it on to our customers with their orders.

Please note: this is the couriers' new residential address cost price, we don't make any money on this fee.

If you would prefer not to have to pay this $125 fee you have one of five options:

• provide a valid business address ie shop, office, hotel, warehouse, venue etc open regular business hours and provide the contact details of the person instructed to accept delivery of your order OR
• request delivery to a Melbourne address (postcodes 3000-3207, 8000-8399) OR
• collect from a courier depot as close as possible to your location OR
• arrange your own courier to collect from My Event Decor OR
• collect from My Event Decor yourself via arrangement.
