ITEMS FOR PURCHASE

We offer free delivery Australia-wide for purchases (not hire items) over $100.

We offer either free local pickup from Brighton, VIC or Melbourne metropolitan delivery for items in the Melbourne delivery only which tend to be fragile, perishable, oversize or heavy.

Flat shipping fees for orders under $100

Please note: flat shipping rates do not apply to items requiring expedited courier delivery or bulk orders.

Additional shipping fees may apply for:

• Multiple, bulky, or heavy purchases (note: if you order items in bulk, it will cost less in shipping if we can deliver them packaged on pallets to your warehouse for you to unload via forklift) to interstate addresses
• Urgent deliveries

Shipping fees for urgent deliveries
We have determined the typical delivery times with our suppliers for all purchases and list them at the top and bottom of the product description.

If you need a particular item urgently for an event that is sooner than the expected delivery date, we will need to get you a quote on urgent delivery.

Once you receive your order
Please note it is your responsibility as part of our terms and conditions that you open and check your purchases for any damage or error within 48 hours of receipt.

See when your event decor products are due to arrive before you buy them
Each event decor product for sale (ie those under the "Buy" category) will show a dynamic (approximate) date in bold above the Add to Cart button that you can expect your order to be delivered. 

For example, if you look at the product page on 2 December 2023 and it said the estimated date of delivery was "15 December 2023", if you checked the next day (on 3 December 2023), the delivery date would automatically update to say "16 December 2023".

We have hire decor items under "Brighton, VIC hire pickup" that you can collect yourself at no charge from us in Brighton, VIC.

Hire delivery, installation and pickup fees
Hire delivery, installation and pickup fees are calculated on the quantity, size and fragility of the item, time of day and night for delivery, the number of staff needed to deliver the item/s and the distance to your venue.

Our minimum hire fee is $500 excluding delivery and installation.

Please note that in many cases the delivery, installation and pickup fees may be higher than the actual hire cost. You may want to rent additional items to make it worth your while.
